Deals411 is NOT a group buying site nor are we just an aggregator site. We are a FREE online service that offers a centralized location to organize, manage, download and sell coupons purchased from multiple collective group buying sites. In addition you can also search for other coupons currently offered by many of the partnered group deal sites. You can keep track of your deals, resell vouchers, buy deals that you've missed out and search for great deals ALL in one place. We simplify the experience of purchasing, organizing and selling coupons.
You will find a button called Sign up on our Home page. Simply click on the link and plug in the required fields. You will receive a confirmation email upon completing the registration process. Once you've registered with us, you can click on the Sign In link on our Home page to log into your Account at a later time. If you have not registered with us yet, click here to register.
After you've registered with us, you will see a tab called Link Coupon Sites under your Account (name) on our Home Page. Simply click on the button and enter the required fields (Note: you will have to enter the exact email/user information used to register with the primary group buying sites in order to link the accounts - i.e. use the same email that you use to access your Groupon account). Once that is completed, your account will be linked within a matter of seconds! You can link multiple accounts all at once. If you have not linked your accounts with us, click here to link accounts.
Click on the " forgot password" option at the bottom of the pop-up screen and we will reset your password. An email will be sent to you and if you follow the instructions, you will be able to reset your password in a couple of seconds. If you've forgotten your username (email), please contact us and will send you a reply with instructions on retrieving your information.
You can purchase ANY deals by simply clicking on the "Buy this Deal" button and we will redirect you to the original deal site. From thereon, you will have to sign in to their account (if you have not yet registered with them - then you will have to register with them to purchase the deal) and then complete the required information (i.e. Paypal, Credit Card info etc) to proceed with the transaction.
The original coupon site that you bought the deal from will send you an email confirming your purchase and it will be listed under your account on their website. If you have already linked your Accounts with us - NO need worry - your coupon will automatically show up in My Accounts after you click the "Update All Accounts" button. If you have not yet linked the account, then click on the Link Coupon Sites tab and complete the required fields. After linking the accounts, ALL deals that you've purchased from that deal site will now show up in your My Account on our site. No need to visit 10 different sites to check your coupon information - link ALL of your accounts and see ALL of your deals in ONE location. It is that easy!
You can access your coupons my linking your accounts as discussed above or you can visit the deal site that you've made the purchase from and access your coupon there. If you've accidently deleted a coupon from our site, then simply click on "Update All Coupon" tab and it will automatically retrieve the coupon for you.
If you log into your My Account and click on the edit tab - it will give you an option to unlink an account. Just click on the "Edit" key and press delete and your account will be deleted in our database. Do the same for coupons. Click on the edit profile and click on delete coupon option to delete an expired or unused coupon from My Account.
You will find an "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of our daily email link. Simply click the link and complete the process.

You can list and sell your deals on our website for FREE. NO transaction fees are levied for our services and you can post numerous coupons ALL for FREE of cost. We have no restriction on expire date of the post or number of posts per seller. We leave that up to you. However, if you use PayPal there could be a charge levied by PayPal for service/transaction fees.
Yes. You can either edit the coupon by accessing it through My Account or by viewing it through Other User Deals tab. Click on the coupon and you will see an Edit option which will enable you to edit it. Once you are in the edit screen you can click on the option 'delete from listing' or make any necessary changes that you may require and simply click the 'Update' tab and the changes will take effect.
Postings will only be removed by us when it expires. Otherwise, it will remain listed until you (the seller) remove it from the listing.
Yes. You will need to have an account with us in order to sell your coupons to potential buyers. Once the account has been created, simply link your accounts with the provider you've made the purchase from (by Linking the Coupon Sites). Once that is complete, simply view the coupon and click on the Sell option and list it for sale. It is a very simple process.
Payment, negotiation of price and the transaction is handled by both the seller and the buyer. After the negotiations and transaction is complete, the coupon will be transferred to the appropriate person on our website. As a buyer, it will now show up in you My Accounts and as a seller, it will disappear from your My Account.
We encourage the buyers to take caution when making purchases from other users. Once the purchase is made, please call the vendor or the business on the coupon to validate it. If in any event, the coupon is not authentic or has been used, contact the seller right away to resolve the dispute. If you wish to file a complaint about a seller then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will take every effort to investigate and block any unauthentic sellers/users. If you used PayPal to complete the transaction, and then file a complaint against the seller through PayPal and they will either 'hold' funds until you resolve the dispute and will assist you in resolving the matter.
Click on the "Other User Deal's" tab and that will give you a list of coupons posted for sale by other subscribers. When you find a deal that interests you, click on the "Make an offer" button and plug in the price and the requested information. The offer has been made! The seller will be notified and he/she can reply to your offer and you will receive an email notifying you of the progress. Once you come to an agreement we will not intervene in the transaction process. The seller and the buyers are encouraged to exchange information with each other about payment methods (i.e. cash, PayPal) and once the transaction is complete - an option is presented to the Buyer and by accepting and completing the transaction - the coupon now shows up under the purchaser's account and will be deleted from the Seller's account.
No and Yes. It depends on who you are buying the coupons from. If you find a deal that is posted by Deal sites such as Groupon and DealFind, then the answer is No - you do not need to create an account with us. If you find a deal that is posted by other users, then yes - you will need to create an account with us in order for us to notify you of the status of your offer and to complete the process (please see above).
You can get more information about a coupon or a deal by clicking on the original URL (clicking on the actual coupon or Buy this Deal button) which will redirect you to the respective site. You can find more information about that deal there. If you are browsing through Other User deals and need information, follow the same method - it will take you the site that will display the original deal or you can contact the seller when making an offer by requesting information in the comments section.
